Chocolate Protein Smoothie Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder (we love @twoislandsco)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 pitted Medjool dates
  • 2 cups coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 handful of ice

Instructions
