We use a range of delivery methods for all orders throughout New Zealand and Australia. All packages are tracked.

Free shipping for local customers (Stanmore Bay, Red Beach & Orewa)
EXPRESS SHIPPING - Order is prioritised, skips queue and sent ASAP
There is a NZ rural surcharge, you must choose the Rural option at checkout. If you choose not to pay it you will be sent a invoice with the rural fee to pay before goods are sent.
We aim to dispatch orders all orders within 1 - 5 business days and try our best to use eco-friendly & compostable packaging. Express shipping sent same day or next.
Note: Gift wrapping option at checkouts includes whole order gift wrapped together. Individual gift wrapping needs to be organised with hello@treatandco.nz.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, not removed from any protective wrap. Sale items are not able to be returned for either a credit or a refund.
We do not accept refunds for:
- Shipping costs
- Gift cards
- Gift Wrapping
- Sale items
