This creamy green smoothie is one of our all-time favourites! Packed with healthy fats from avocado, fibre from spinach and banana, and a hint of sweetness from raw honey, it’s the perfect blend of smooth, nourishing, and energising. A great option for breakfast, post-workout fuel, or a mid-day boost.

Ingredients for the Best Creamy Green Smoothie

  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup coconut milk or water

Optional add-ins for extra nutrition:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon spirulina powder
  • Your favourite protein powder

Instructions
