This spicy mango smoothie is the perfect blend of tropical sweetness and warming spice. Packed with vitamin A, fibre, and healthy fats, it’s a deliciously energizing drink that supports immunity and digestion. Mango is also a naturally low-calorie fruit, making this smoothie a nutritious choice for any time of day.

Ingredients for Spicy Mango Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)
  • 2 cups coconut water or coconut milk

Instructions
