Ingredients for the Best Tropical Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 handful of ice

Instructions
